G Greene Construction is looking to engage for an Assistant Project Manager Co-Op Position. This will be an in office position with occasional site walks and onsite meetings. Job Responsibilities to Include:
- Assist Project Manager with Daily Tasks
- Attend weekly project meetings
- Prepare meeting minutes
- Train on ProCore Software
- Assist with Submittal process
- Assist with change estimates to the owner (C.O. Request)
- Assist with change orders and purchase orders to subcontractors
- Prepare and update schedules ( Knowledge and Proficiency On Microsoft Project helpful)
- Photograph projects in progress
- Compile project close-out books
