Project Manager

DiGregorio is looking for a focused, goal oriented, disciplined, and responsible Project Manager. As a Project Manager with our ever-growing team, you are responsible for daily communications between the Owner, General Contractors, and various clients, regarding project schedule, RFI’s, contractual issues, scope of work issues, change orders, potential change orders, and general project updates. Project Managers are also responsible for coordinating work with subcontractors, completing cost to completes, writing purchase orders, writing and executing subcontracts, and developing complex tracking sheets to track materials delivered and installed on the project. Project Managers are also involved in cash flow and projections for a project, making sure all payables are captured in a monthly requisition as well as forecasting receivables for a project. As a Project Manager you will work closely with the DiGregorio Superintendent that is paired with you on a given project. Between yourselves you will be responsible to deliver a finished project that is on-time, on-budget, and representative of the DiGregorio quality of workmanship that we have been delivering for 30 years.
