We are seeking highly motivated candidates to contribute to Delsys’ research and development of next-generation, human-centric sensor technology. Software Engineers in this role will focus on building robust backend systems, embedded processing pipelines, and real-time applications for physiological monitoring, human movement tracking, speech analysis, and neural interface technologies.
The position requires expertise in developing signal processing and computer vision pipelines, embedded systems, and scalable software architecture for time-critical applications. Successful candidates will collaborate closely with developers, R&D engineers and scientists, gaining hands-on experience in translating research innovations into deployable technologies.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Implement high-bandwidth real-time signal processing, computer vision, and machine learning pipelines for wearable and non-contact sensors.
- Participate in scoping, designing, and developing new system architectures.
- Implement backend systems and microservices to support data acquisition, processing, and visualization in real-time applications.
- Optimize computational performance and identify bottlenecks in embedded and software systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software pipelines into hardware prototypes and validate system performance in real-world settings.
