Co-op: Building Envelope Consultant
Criterium Dudka Engineers is a structural and building envelope engineering firm serving condo associations, property managers, and developers across Massachusetts and Vermont. We are looking for a civil, structural, or architectural engineering co-op to join our building envelope team.
This is a hands-on role. You will be in the field and in the report, not behind a desk running software. We are hiring seniors and master’s students only.
What you will do:
- Join field investigations for water intrusion, facade, roofing, window, and sealant problems
- Document conditions with photos and field notes that tie directly to findings
- Assist with moisture testing and envelope assessments
- Review construction documents and shop drawings against the field conditions
- Help draft inspection and investigation reports in plain English a non-engineer can understand
- Support reserve and transition studies
What we are looking for:
- Senior or master’s student in civil, structural, or architectural engineering
- Strong technical writing.
- Comfortable in the field and willing to climb a ladder or walk a roof
- Detail-oriented and organized
