- Review project documents including plans, detail drawings and technical specifications to determine scope of work.
- Perform detailed material take offs.
- Prepare and manage requests for information (RFI’s), submittals and change orders.
- Create and maintain project specific schedule of values
- Track labor hours, Production rates and material allocation.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors and suppliers.
- Prepare and submit AIA billing forms, payment applications and close out documentation.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements including state and federal documentation protocols.
Maintain accurate and organized records for audits and project tracking.
