Caldwell is seeking candidates with strong technical backgrounds to assist with all aspects of patent prosecution. 

The primary responsibilities include: drafting patent applications, conducting patent searches, writing office actions,  conducting research, and assisting on matters and proceedings before the United State Patent and Trademark Office. The technical specialist will work alongside patent agents, patent attorneys, and inventors. 

Candidates must have excellent writing and verbal communication skills and ability to multitask. Must be a team player.
