We’re looking for a motivated early-career Bridge/Structural Designer who’s ready to learn, grow, and contribute. If you’re excited about infrastructure and want hands-on experience, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
• Support the design of bridges and structural systems on transportation projects
• Collaborate with experienced engineers and multidisciplinary teams
• Assist with drafting, modeling, and technical analysis
• Participate in projects from early planning through construction
• Learn industry tools, standards, and best practices through real-world experience
What You Bring
• B.S. in Civil or Structural Engineering (or graduating soon)
• Internship or co-op experience is a plus, but not required
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar design software
• Interest in bridge/structural design and infrastructure projects
• Strong communication skills and willingness to ask questions
• A team-oriented mindset and curiosity to learn
