Job Role:
The role of a Project Manager for Bridgeline Exteriors is one that allows the candidate to learn on the job, the start to finish process, of building a project. APM’s and PM’s are assigned to projects and work side by side with a Project Coordinator to make sure all parts of the building process are taken care of until the Mockup for the project is complete. The candidate then is responsible for managing the projects scope of work until the project is complete. This involves scope of work reviews/changes (Change Orders). Architectural changes, order deliveries and material retrieval/purchasing, if necessary, leading crews of sub contractors, working alongside the Safety Coordinator to maintain a clean, safe job site, minimizing waste by making sure all your materials are stored and safe. Maintaining logs, paper work and forms associated with the project as well as payments requested and received. The Candidate will also be responsible for any project related meetings and reporting meetings with GC’s, Bridgeline Team, Subcontractors, vendors, ownership etc.
Communication is a key part of project management and communicating effectively to the General Contractors, to our main office, Osha and vendors is key. Being able to work independently and as a team is very important.
