NW Co-op Expires April 30, 2021

We are seeking a co-op with a background in web development to help us develop and implement new technology in our growing operation. A developer at Boston Microgreens will spend time working with a wide variety of software and projects, including:

Back-end web development (Django, SQLite, PostgreSQL)

Front-end web development (Bootstrap)

Microcontrollers and IoT connectivity (Ardunio)

Data analysis and graphing

Any other technologies that could refine operations and workflow

An ideal candidate is a motivated person who is comfortable working independently. It’s ok if you don’t have prior experience with agriculture — we will teach you everything you need to know. This is not a salaried position but a small stipend will be provided at the midpoint and at the end of your co-op. This position can either be in person, remote, or a combination of the two.

The position provides the opportunity to shape the role around your interests and expertise in order to create the most rewarding experience possible. If things go well, a paid part-time position will be available to you post co-op. We will provide you with MBTA passes and a small food budget during your time here at BMG.

A co-op with Boston Microgreens presents an opportunity to become part of a vibrant team of smart and passionate individuals and a unique local business.
