The Co-Op/Intern’s primary role is to provide technical support to the Project Manager, Project Superintendent, and/or Estimator to ensure the team receives all pertinent information necessary to construct in a timely manner.
The Co-Op/Intern’s core responsibilities may include:• Assist with document control and updating drawing sets in the field
• Perform slip entry into HCSS and daily material tracking onsite
• Assist with superintendent’s/field engineer’s duties onsite
• Daily manpower tracking
• Pick-up and drop-off paperwork, tools, and supplies between office and field
• Perform daily site walks including inspections and photographs, as needed
• Monitor and log daily quantity claiming for production tracking
• Execute project document control processes
• Participate in project coordination meetings
• Support QA/QC efforts by tracking and verifying field installations
• Review equipment and product installations for conformance with project requirements
• Support project team on daily tasks as requested
