Co-op term: Fall 2025
By joining the Barletta family, students will be part of a project team which includes the Project Manager, Superintendent, Engineers, Surveyors, Clerical Staff, etc.. Duties that the student may become involved in are; the submittal process, RFI process, payment to subcontractors and payment from the project owner process, survey, quantity measurement, initial set-up of a new project, procurement, etc..
Brief individual project descriptions follow. You can learn more about most of these projects with a little bit of online research. Know which jobs you are interested in (and can get to) prior to interviewing.
Job Positions are available at the following projects:
- Westborough, MA: Working on a $400M Design Build Project for MassDOT which includes the reconstruction of the I-495 and I-90 Interchange and traffic, environmental, and safety improvements (requires a car to get to project office/site).
- Dorchester, MA: Working on a $86M Project for the MBTA which includes the rebuilding of the multi-acre Codman yard in Dorchester, MA. Work infrastructure upgrades. (Office is MBTA accessible)
