Position Summary
The Assistant Project Manager will have an educational background in luxury residential construction. This individual will oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule alignment. Proficiency with ProCore is a plus.
The company’s design-build services enable it to develop custom solutions for its clients. This position provides additional capabilities as they grow their presence in the new construction market and take on projects in the luxury remodel market.

Key Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource
allocation
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and
objectives
Manage subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to ensure project success
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate project goals and updates
Ensure all construction work meets company quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations
Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly
Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-eAective practices
Identify and mitigate potential financial risks
Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing
concerns
Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction
Utilize ProCore for project management, documentation, and communication
Maintain accurate project records, including schedules, budgets, and reports
Report to Project Manager
