Qualifications:
Required –
Impeccable communication and problem solving skills across phone, email, in-person meetings and video meetings.
Proficiency with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi setup, IP configuration, Device configuration, VPNs).
Professional attitude, punctuality, and attention to detail.
Reliable transportation to local client sites.
Preferred –
Knowledge of system security practices, antivirus solutions, and data backup tools.
Experience using monitoring and management (RMM) tools.
Decent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple support requests efficiently.
Experience with small business network setups and security (firewalls, NAS, VPN).
Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud management tools.
