We are seeking a motivated and organized Business Management student to join our growing team as a Junior Operations Assistant. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for students who want real-world experience supporting business operations, improving internal organization, and contributing to company growth.
Responsibilities

Update and maintain CRM systems, client records, and internal spreadsheets

Organize company files, documents, and shared drive structures

Track open tasks and assist with internal follow-ups

Help prepare proposals, onboarding materials, and basic reports

Conduct simple research on vendors, competitors, or potential leads

Support scheduling of meetings, service visits, and internal check-ins

Assist in documenting processes and building standard operating procedures

Provide general administrative and operational support to leadership
Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Comfortable using Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and basic business software

Schedule and Compensation
